I’m Lindsay Welsh, a content strategy and platform partnerships leader with 8+ years in local news and live production.

I started in local news production, where I built my foundation in storytelling, fast decision-making, and audience-focused thinking. That experience continues to shape how I approach content strategy today, balancing creativity, execution, and results.

At NBCUniversal, I’ve collaborated with multiple teams to build local streaming channels from the ground up, along with leading content promotion and distribution across popular platforms like Peacock, Roku, and Samsung.

My current role has me focused on identifying strong content opportunities, pitching to platform partners, and shaping programming for streaming audiences. I regularly collaborate across editorial, marketing, and platform teams to bring content from concept to launch.

I’m looking to pivot into a more guest-facing, experiential environment such as live entertainment and theme parks.
