Building a scalable content delivery system for Peacock
Overview
NBCU Local teams regularly produce strong longform content, but delivering that content to Peacock’s VOD platform required coordination across multiple teams, systems, and requirements. Local newsrooms were struggling to meet Peacock’s technical specs, and deliver projects on time.
I developed a centralized workflow to streamline onboarding, asset delivery, and communication between local stations and Peacock. Since implementing this workflow, we’ve doubled the amount of projects we’ve onboarded with Peacock to 13 in one year!
Outcome
The workflow created a consistent, scalable process for delivering local content to Peacock. It reduced friction across teams, improved clarity around requirements, and enabled more efficient onboarding of new projects across multiple stations and markets.
My Role
I designed and implemented the workflow, coordinated with Peacock to align on requirements, and created onboarding materials and communication systems to support station teams. I served as the central point of contact throughout the delivery process.

This project demonstrates my ability to build scalable systems, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex platform requirements into clear, repeatable workflows that support content distribution across multiple markets.
